The menu changes daily to provide fresh local fruits, vegetables, coastal seafood, beef, and poultry purchased locally. All meals are prepared fresh daily, never frozen.
What is Paleo and Whole 30 ???
The Paleo diet (caveman diet) is based on what our ancestors ate- animals and wild plants. Whole, natural foods - fruits, vegetables, organic meats, nuts, seeds and unrefined oils.
The whole 30 and paleo diet are very similar with differences being paleo allow pure maple syrup and honey ( whole 30 does not ) and whole 30 allows white potatoes ( paleo does not). Both diets cut out gluten, lactose, processed foods, refined sugar and grains.

Nora started her career in the food industry in 1979, while in college at Radford University she worked for Kroger Food Stores in the deli/bakery department. Upon graduating from Radford, Nora became a trainer for Kroger, concentrating on bakery products. In 1997, Nora became General Manager of Empire Foods, a new production facility that produced finished baked goods for the Kroger Company. During the 17 years that worked with Empire, the company produced cakes for several larger grocers. The Empire products were in retailers in all 50 states. In 2014, Nora decided to retire and enjoy her friends and family at SML. Two years into retirement, Nora decided to pursue her dream of opening a catering and meals to go shop. Providing nutritious meals and variety to the residents and visitors of SML.
